il giorno 5 settembre 1580, nona indizione degli atti in terra gesso nella casa del magnifico antonio paglione regio nataro della detta terra e dentro la casa ……. Nel detto giorno e luogo in mia presenza sono personalmente apparsi Berardino de Larcenese anche della terra di gesso il quale sano di corpo e di mente grazie a dio e anche a mia memoria e condizione, considerando fragile e molto caduca l’umana natura……..affinche nell’ora della sua morte non ci sia lacuna discordia tra i suoi eredi stabilisce le sue ultime volontà davanti a me ora ecc. affidando la sua anima a dio ……

Item lascia a Blasio suo filglio legittinmo e naturale una casa posta in contrada dell’annunziata …. Confinante li beni degli eredi di berardino di gregorio la rua ed altri anche una vigna con alberi nella contrada del colle ianni uxta li beni di francesco di diamante pellicciotta, le cose di giacomo larcinesae; lo stesso lascia al suddetto Blasio mezzo tomolo di cortina sita al colle ianni in esso la vigna di federico di blasio sopra e da piedi le cose di esso testatore e il territorio e cortina che resta sia di esso testaore,
egualmente lascia al suddetto blasio un pezzo di terra che fu di giovanni di iacovaccio in contrada le macchie iuxtata li beni di giacomo larcinese da una parte e dall’altra le cose di …valentino, le cose degli eredi di leone da capo la terra di altri confinanti
egualmente lascia la suddetto blasio un pezzo di terra arborata confinante con giacomo suo fratello sita in contrada della pietra….iuxsta le cose dll’eredi di G. santagata da una banna e di sopra le cose dell’eredi Bell’Homo ed altri confini, item lascia un altro pezzo di terra allo … casa iannetto … alla vigna in solagno con tutti gli alberi che stanno in esso iuxta la detta vigna da lato e le cose di m.Federico e le cose di iacomo Larcenese ed altri confini; item lascia al suddtettio blasio pecore numero 15 e capre numero 10; item lascia al suddetto blasio due bovi i quali bovi esso blasio ebbe e ricevette in corpo che li consegnò nle robbe nelle quali ebbe esso berardino testatore in questi erede particolare lo stesso blasio con condizione e patto che nelle suddette robe sabbia da rifare la dote di nora moglie di esso blasio che ne esso blasio ne la detta nora possano dimandare detta dote alli altri eredi …….
Item lascia a Baldassarre suo filgio legittimo e naturale una casa di tre membri soita e posta nella terra del gesso in contrada della vigna dei Bell’Homo quale in parte esso Baldassarre possiede iuxta le cos edi p….di Bell’Homo di sopra e da una banna la parte di Bell’Homo , dalla’tra le cose del magnifico paglione e li altri confinanti; item una vigna in contrada delli nisci iusta le cose di Giacomo de Larcinese e dell’eredi di Antonio Larcinese ed altri confini; item un pezzo di terra in contrada della fonte rossa con olive e latri alberi quale pezzo di …… vignale esso teestaore di evendo compartao da Loreto di Silvestro di antonio di silvestro con patto di retrovendita finche fosse vivo esso testattore pere prezzom di ducati 6 e un carlino con patto che ….. li detti ducati ed 1 un carlino prima della morte sua il detto baldassarrre sia tenuto ed obbligato a restituire detto vignale et terreno e lui pigliarsi li detti ducati ed un carlino; item un altro pezzo di tetra arborato con cerque in contrada della valle Hemanca alle crete rosse iusta li suoi confini; item li cerqui del colle dell’arcinni lascia sl asuddetto baldassarre nelli…. Di tutti li beni descritti ed nominati istituisce lo detto baldassarrre con questo che volendo riversare la dote di maria sua moglie sia tenuto arifarla sopra li beni testati ad esso baldassarre che tanto esso qyuanto maria sua moglie non possano cercare ne far dimandare ai suoi dai suoi eredi cosa alcuna dell’arredità e beni di esso berardino testatore ed.. dell’ereidtà….
In tutti i beni mobili e stabili esso testatore crea e fa unici eredi universali massima e givangiacoma sue figlie legittime e naturali ed disse nelle sue ultime volontà….

On the day 5 september 1580, ninth indiction of the deaads in the land of Gypsum in the house of magnificent Antonio Paglione royal notary of the said land and within the house… In the said day and place in my presence appeared personally Berardino de Larcinese also of the land of Gypsum who healthy in body and mind thanks to God and also to my memory and condition, considering fragile and very short-lived the human nature to the aim that in the hour of his death there would be no discord among his heirs establishes its last will in front of me now etc entrusting his soul to God …
Therefore he leaves to the chapel of the Holy Sacrament …
Also leaves to Blasius his legitimate and natural son one house situated in contrada dell’annunziata, bordering the assets of the heirs of Berardino of Gregorio the street and others;
Also one vine with trees in contrada of the Colle ianni bordering the assets of Diamante of Francisco Pellicciotto, the things of Giacomo Larcenese; Also leaves to aforesaid Blasio half tomolo of stone situated at the Colle Ianni with the vine of Federico Di Blasio over and below the things of himself making the will and the land and stone that remains should remain to Berardino Larcenese making this will; Also he leaves to aforesaid Blasio a plot of land that was of Giovanni of Iacovaccio in contrada Le Macchie bordering the assets of Giacomo Larcinese on one side and on the other the things of … valentino, the things of the heirs of Leone from at top and other borders; Also he leaves to aforesaid Blasio a land with trees bordering Giacomo Larcenese his brother situated in contrada della Pietra… and the property of the heirs of Antonio Larcenese… bordering the things of the heirs of Santagata on the one side and on the other the things of the heirs of Bell’Homo and other borders; Also he leaves another plot of land .. next to the house Iannetto … at the vine in Solagno with all the trees that are in it bordering said vine from side and the property of m.Federico and the things of Iacomo larcenese and other borders; Also leaves to said Blasio sheep number 15 and goats number 10; Also leaves to afore said Blasio the two oxen which blasio had and received from said Berardino making this will on condition that with the aforesaid things Blasio has to compensate the dowry of Nora wife of said Blasio and that neither blasio or said Nora can ever request her dowry to the other heirs. Also he leaves to Baldassarre his legitimate and natural son one house of three locals situated in the land of Gypsum in Contrada della vigna of Bell’Homo which in part said Baldassarre owns, bordering the property of the heirs of Bell’Homo above and at on one side, and on the other the things of the magnificent Paglione and other neighbors; Also one vine in contrada delli nisci bordering the things of Giacomo de Larcenese and the heirs of Larcenese Antonio and other borders; item a plot in contrada of the Fonte Rossa with olives and other trees which piece of land Berardino will-maker bought from Loreto di Silvestro of Antonio of Silvestro with pact of selling back until he was alive for the price of ducati 6 and 1 carlino with pact that saif Baldassarre can receive said ducati and 1 un carlino before his death and said baldassarrre is held and obliged to give back said vine and land and he can take the said ducati and one carlino; Also another plot of land with oak trees in contrada of Valle Hemanca at the Crete Rosse bordering…; also the oak trees of the of the Colle dell’Arcinnii he leaves to said Baldassarre. Of all the properties listed he names heir said Baldassarrre on condition that with the aforesaid things said Baldassarre has to compensate the dowry of Maria wife of said Baldassarre and that neither Baldassarre or said Maria can ever request her dowry to the other heirs. Of all his other properties (land, buildings and things) he leaves as universal heirs Massima and Giovan Giacoma his legitimate and natural daughters and so he said were his final wills.”
